Answer: The registration of legal persons by the support service agency for the impoverished people is the most basic work to protect the rights and interests of the support objects, protect the institution's own rights, and ensure the implementation of relevant civil affairs policies. All provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are required to report their progress to the Ministry of Civil Affairs every six months to ensure that the project implementation progresses according to the schedule.
