As a pragmatic move to implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, on the same day, the Employment and Entrepreneurship Department of the Department of Veterans Affairs and Poly Property Development Co., Ltd. and Vanke Property Development Co., Ltd. signed an employment cooperation agreement for veterans in Beijing.
Fang Yongxiang pointed out at the symposium held before the signing ceremony that employment is the eternal theme, the largest project of people's livelihood, and affects the lives of millions of households. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the employment and entrepreneurship of retired soldiers, and require a solid job placement in key groups such as retired soldiers. Fang Yongxiang emphasized that supporting the vast number of retired soldiers in employment and entrepreneurship is not only an important responsibility of the party and the government, but also a social responsibility that should be fulfilled by all sectors of society and business units. It is understood that the two group companies of Poly and Vanke promised to take out 12,000 distributed in 22 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and 14,000 distributed in 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in the next 3 years. Recruiting veterans for positions involves 15 job categories including finance, engineering, real estate marketing, residential services, and personnel administration.
